EXPERIENCED TELESALES X2 (OTE up to £40k per annum) FULL/PART TIME

The Opportunity

Xisis is a successful UK CAD software reseller and we are looking to recruit 2 key members to our team for our new offices in Chorleywood. We have experienced unprecedented growth of 120% in the last financial year and are now in a position to expand to achieve our aggressive growth plans for 2013.

The Role

Xisis needs people with a gregarious personality to work in a fun small team environment. You will be required to make a targeted number of outbound calls on existing database contacts to sell our portfolio of products and services, together with sourcing new names and new logo customers within the aerospace, automotive, engineering, design and manufacturing sectors. You will be expected to perform to aggressive targets and to provide activity reports during sales meetings. This is an important role and as such you will be a key member of the sales team. This role carries a basic salary together with an excellent commission structure and for the right person; this is a real opportunity to progress your career to a field sales role with an exceptional package. We have a policy of only promoting from within!

The Candidate

Full product and sales training will be provided and whilst previous telesales experience is a must, preference will be given to those candidates with either software or training telesales exposure, together with a tenacious attitude to work and obvious high energy. We are looking for a natural communicator with the ability to shine in their role, with a competitive attitude to being the best in the team. You must be prepared to contribute a targeted number of calls each day. The role is varied in that you will be involved in participating and following up on trade show leads and email marketing campaigns, delivering the Xisis messages in support of our prestigious portfolio of products.

Sales Engineer

Would suit recent graduate looking for their first sales role, or an experienced engineer or sales person with a successful track record wanting to move into software sales.

Responsibilities: This is a challenging but highly rewarding opportunity for the right person where exceptional people skills, tenacity and self-belief are pre-requisites.

Both roles require a clean driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK. Package dependent on age and experience with an excellent incentive scheme. Full training and career development will be given to successful applicants.

As the office is in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, it is ideally suited to candidates living within easy reach of the M40 corridor.
